We are looking for a candidate who can manage the revenue cycle for our client, Manage billing and invoicing for medical products sold to healthcare providers or distributors.

  • Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure payments are collected on time.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for sales, returns, and adjustments.
  • Handle insurance claims or reimbursements if the products are covered by medical insurance.
  • Provide reports and insights on revenue trends, cash flow, and outstanding accounts

Knowledge of medical billing or healthcare finance (even if its product-related, not clinical).

  • Proficiency in accounting and billing software (QuickBooks, ERP, RCM systems).
  • Understanding of insurance reimbursements and payer requirements.

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans).

  • Familiarity with full revenue cycle: patient registration coding claim submission payment posting AR follow-up denials management.

  • Proficiency with RCM / practice management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth, Kareo).

  • Ability to work with EHR systems for billing and documentation.

  • Skilled in electronic claims submission and reconciliation.

  • HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of billing regulations and audit standards (CMS, OIG guidelines).
