We're Hiring: Java Developer – Bangalore (F2F Interview Must)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.

Implement and optimize backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Design and build RESTful APIs with secure authentication mechanisms.

Work with event-driven architecture using messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

Apply design patterns and best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Build and deploy microservices in cloud-native environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new feature delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Conduct peer code reviews and follow coding best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Design Patterns, and Microservices.

Exposure to Micro Frontend Architecture.

Proficiency in Postgres & SQL.

Hands-on with JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and Saga.

Ability to build and optimize reusable React components and front-end libraries.

Knowledge of coding standards (e.g., ESLint) and validation rules.

Familiarity with Kubernetes / containerization concepts.

Good to Have

Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies.

Exposure to AI code assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.).

Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD).

Knowledge of Vaadin framework.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Exposure to monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog.
