Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Pune. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for analyzing product quality, overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance practices, and establishing quality management systems. Key tasks include monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with standards, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to enhance product quality and ensure process reliability.
  • Skills in executing Quality Control measures to detect defects and ensure compliance with required specifications.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance practices to maintain standards and develop strategies for consistent improvement.
  • Experience in managing Product Quality and creating effective quality management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and certification processes; familiarity with API 20C certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; experience in the forging or manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
