Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:Leading and managing civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and site development.
  • Design and Planning:Overseeing the design of structures and hydraulic systems, analyzing survey reports, and preparing architectural drawings and schematics.
  • Compliance and Standards:Ensuring projects adhere to government regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Budget and Schedule Management:Developing project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans, and managing resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Working with architects, contractors, government bodies, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Technical Expertise:Providing technical advice, solving complex problems, and conducting research to improve engineering practices.
  • Quality Assurance:Reviewing and approving engineering designs, ensuring they meet required standards, and conducting quality control checks.
  • Construction Oversight:Managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
