Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Quixa Hypermart will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with strong digital skills to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other online platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, graphics, and videos to promote offers, events, and new arrivals.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Improve SEO and online visibility for Quixa Hypermart.
  • Respond to customer queries and comments on digital platforms.
  • Identify new digital trends and opportunities to grow the brand's online presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (retail or supermarket experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
