Denzour Nutrition is a pharmaceutical company that believes that everyone has a right to have affordable quality medicines and nutraceuticals supplements. We set to focus on small & large-scale projects, national or international boundaries, it continues to set benchmarks in the events industry.
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team and support the HR Manager in managing key HR operations including recruitment, induction and employee engagement.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and processes. This role is best suited for someone with 2 years of HR experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced, project-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support in end-to-end recruitment for full-time employees and freelancers.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and assist in employer branding initiatives.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle day-to-day HR administration including attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR MIS regularly.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Performance Management & Engagement
- Support the HR Manager in executing the appraisal process.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Help address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
4. Training & Development Support
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Track participation and maintain training records.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management.
- 2 years of experience in HR (generalist profile preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment.

- Reports To: HR Manager (Lead)
- Collaborates With: Admin & Operations teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
