To plan, deliver, and manage high-quality technical training programs
aligned with project objectives, ensuring 100% completion of training and
placement targets, maximizing student engagement and success, driving
core domain placements, maintaining adherence to lesson plans, and
contributing proactively to student retention, academic excellence, and
continuous domain knowledge upgradation.

Location: Chennai/Kolkata

Deliver instructor-led training (online/offline) on:

 Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing,

Switching)

 System administration (Windows/Linux)

 Cloud concepts (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, AWS, Azure basics)

 Helpdesk tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ticketing systems)

 IT support & troubleshooting techniques

 Design and update training content, labs, and assessments

 Guide students through hands-on labs, simulations, and project work

 Assess learning outcomes through assignments and mock interviews

 Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to bridge learning gaps

 Coordinate with program coordinators to monitor progress and
feedback

Skills required:

Strong understanding of:

 OSI and TCP/IP models

 Networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

 IP addressing, VLANs, Subnetting

Cloud fundamentals (AWS / Azure preferred)

 Virtualization and remote desktop tools

 Working knowledge of:

  • Linux/Windows system admin basics

  • ITIL processes & ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

  • Basic scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a plus

Qualification

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Networking (preferred)

Relevant certifications like:

  • CCNA / Network+

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / AZ-900
