Position: Contract to hire

Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon,

Education: Any Graduate with a Bachelor Degree of Engineering or higher

Job Description:

  • Sinch Contact Center Pro Tech refresh (Built new servers with application- IA built, VU Built, HAC built and all contact pro related application installation in new VM servers
  • Analysis, Design and Development of Sinch Contact Pro architecture; IVR programming for Code Change Requests, and Sinch Chatlayer Chat bots for Agilent approved Change Requests for Production IVRs and Chatbots.
  • Data replication between Windows to new VM servers using SQL scripting
  • Data replication and Data cleanup using SQL queries in Sinch contact Pro
  • Must have knowledge on VM and Networking IP mappings and creating new VUs
  • Resolution of defects arising due to enhancement, identified during Integration and User Acceptance Testing of Sinch Contact Pro and Sinch Chatlayer.
  • Support for deployment and stabilization of Sinch Contact Pro and Sinch Chatlayer.
  • Provide solution/resolution based on root cause analysis and existing system constraints and work with Client identified SMEs to implement solution/resolution
  • Design, development, and unit testing of the solutions for the in-scope enhancements designated by Client
  • Creation of Functional design and technical design.
  • Creation of final solution documents, Build Note/Work Instruction and KT material for Support team to MTP and support in Production.
  • Identify and recommend system and/or process improvement.
  • Work with Client's business team and identified SMEs to understand existing issues.
  • Provide solution/resolution options based on root cause analysis and existing system constraints and work with identified SMEs to implement most appropriate solution/resolution.
  • Perform necessary configuration required for solution deployment.
  • Perform defect resolution as part of stabilization.
