About the Company

P R Packagings Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, providing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions to clients across diverse sectors. We are looking for an experienced and professional sales leader who can drive growth in the NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new B2B client relationships and nurture existing accounts.
  • Drive field sales and marketing activities across NCR to generate consistent business growth.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to provide solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Visit the company factory in
    Prithla once a week (Saturday) or as required
    for reviews, coordination, and discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    10 years of professional B2B sales experience
    (any industry background acceptable; packaging background not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
