About the Company
P R Packagings Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, providing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions to clients across diverse sectors. We are looking for an experienced and professional sales leader who can drive growth in the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new B2B client relationships and nurture existing accounts.
- Drive field sales and marketing activities across NCR to generate consistent business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to provide solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Visit the company factory in
Prithla once a week (Saturday) or as required
for reviews, coordination, and discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum
10 years of professional B2B sales experience
(any industry background acceptable; packaging background not mandatory). - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven sales track record.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary budget open up to
20 LPA
(depending on experience & suitability). - Preferred salary range:
10–12 LPA
