Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the clinic provides high-quality care and an exceptional experience for both pets and pet parents. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, leading clinic staff, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, maintaining medical standards, and training team members to align with Vetic's mission of excellence. The Clinic Manager will work closely with staff to implement efficient processes and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client experiences and streamline operations effectively
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to ensure operational efficiency and financial accountability
  • Knowledge of Medicine related to pet care and clinic operations
  • Experience in Training and leading a team of professionals to uphold service and care standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in management roles within healthcare or veterinary services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
