Machine Learning Engineer
who thrives on rapid experimentation and iteration. If you love taking ideas from concept to working prototype, we want you on our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and iterate on
    machine learning models
    with speed and precision—we focus on practical impact, not pure research.
  • Prototype new ideas, rapidly turning concepts into tangible proof-of-concepts.
  • Generate
    synthetic data
    when required to accelerate model development.
  • Evaluate models rigorously using appropriate metrics and testing frameworks.
  • Work confidently with both
    deep learning
    and
    classical ML
    techniques.
  • Build and deploy useful, innovative applications powered by
    LLMs
    —not just prompt engineering, but crafting thoughtful, effective integrations.
  • Compare LLM services, identify their strengths and limitations, and build solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf implementations.
  • Explore and leverage
    agentic systems
    to create powerful, autonomous AI-driven experiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
    in machine learning development.
  • Strong skills in model development, deployment, and iteration.
  • Experience with both
    deep learning
    and
    classical ML
    frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern
    LLM
    ecosystems, with the ability to build thoughtful, production-ready applications.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems by generating synthetic data when needed.
  • Deep understanding of
    model evaluation techniques
    and performance optimization.
  • Experience with
    agentic systems
    is a significant plus.
