About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Java Developers to join our development team. As a fresher, you will work closely with senior developers and project leads to design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, coding, and testing of Java applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and data structures.
  • Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, and JSP is an plus.
  • Familiarity with at least one framework (Spring / Hibernate preferred).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and working with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

  • B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent degree.

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Internship experience in Java development or related projects.
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Exposure to RESTful APIs or Microservices architecture.
