Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high standards of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery items.
  • Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, purity, and craftsmanship.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery collections, offers, and promotions.
  • Demonstrate and promote products to customers with confidence and product expertise.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection accurately.
  • Ensure all products on display are clean, organized, and properly tagged.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and participate in stock audits as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in customer interaction and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our premium gold and diamond jewellery showroom

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in selling gold and diamond jewellery.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of jewellery quality, purity, and certification is preferred.
