Work Location: Chennai, Egmore

Timings : 10 am to 07 p.m.

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Designation : Deputy Manager - Legal

Individual Contributor Role

Only work in office

Experience and Qualification

- Law Graduation with 8 to 10 years of experience

- Should possess a combination of legal practice and industry experience

- Should have experience in company-related legal matters / corporate law

- Exposure to employment and property-related legal issues will be an added advantage.

- Good and effective communication skills-both written and oral

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft agreements and memorandum of Understandings (MOU)
  • Vet the agreements/MOUs drafted by other Counsel/s
  • Monitor and co-ordinate with Lawyers regarding cases pending in various Courts.
  • Advise the management on legal compliance matters
  • Advice various department/s and branch offices as and when sought.
  • Advise on arbitration proceedings and keep close liaison between the company and legal consultants.
