Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Monitor budgets and resources, identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and safety regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support project-related communication.
  • Have knowledge of site engineering and civil work to assist in project supervision and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Civil, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination/management preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
