Reporting to: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
Preferred Gender: Female.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software Zoho Books.
- Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns, and filing of returns.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.
- Handle petty cash, verify bills, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly SIF reports, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Help with end-of-year financial audits.
Key Skills Required
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with GST and other Indian tax laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Book preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
