Job Title: Daycare Teacher

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
• Monitor, record, and communicate children's progress and needs to parents.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the daycare at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience: Freshers can apply; higher salary offered for experienced candidates.
• Ability to manage and care for children with patience, empathy, and responsibility.
