Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Support & Development:

  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing web applications for performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Develop and support web applications using Angular, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services using RESTful APIs.

SharePoint Support (On-Prem & O365):

  • Create and manage SharePoint sites (On-Premise and SharePoint Online).
  • Set up document repositories and manage permissions.
  • Handle user provisioning and access control.

Global Application Support:

  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to manage content updates and changes on websites and portals.
  • Provide application-level support and ensure SLAs are met.

Technical Skills Required:

Web & Backend Technologies:

  • ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC)
  • .NET Core
  • Angular (moderate experience)
  • Web APIs, RESTful services
  • HTML, JSON

SharePoint:

  • SharePoint On-Premise (latest version)
  • SharePoint Online / O365

Languages:

  • C#
  • VB.NET

Database:

  • SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL

Tools & IDEs:

  • Visual Studio
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Git or similar version control tools
