Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhilai for a Customer Support Associate (CSA). The CSA will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer-focused service. Daily tasks include managing and resolving customer issues, providing information about products and services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
• Telephone Manner and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bhilai
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable
