Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our products/services.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in the system.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM handling preferred).
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
