Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute structural works with a strong focus on Mivan shuttering / formwork system for high-rise projects.
  • Plan, monitor, and control daily site activities ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
  • Review drawings, technical specifications, and provide solutions for site-related issues.
  • Ensure proper material planning, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct quality checks of shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works as per IS codes and project standards.
  • Maintain progress reports, site documentation, and update project management on timelines.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and company norms.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site supervisors.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering/formwork and structural systems.
  • Experience in high-rise residential buildings (30+ floors).
  • Ability to handle site execution independently and manage teams.
  • Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
