Understanding of solar PV systems, BoS components, andgrid interconnection. Familiarity with project management tools. Working knowledge of quality standards, testing protocols,and safety regulations. Strong project management and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors. High level of integrity, ownership, and result orientation. Experience in MW-scale ground-mounted solar projects (>10MW).Job Purpose:The Candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of utility-scale solar PVprojects from pre-construction through commissioning. The role involves coordination withinternal engineering, procurement, and O&M teams, as well as external contractors andvendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site management, projectcoordination, contractor supervision, and stakeholder communication in the renewableenergy sector.Job Description:Project Execution & Site ManagementPlan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure completion as per approvedschedule, cost, and quality.Coordinate with EPC / contractors for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, design specifications, and constructionstandards.Monitor progress against project milestones and flag delays or risks proactively.Coordination & CommunicationAct as the single point of contact between corporate project management, siteteams, EPCs, and consultants.Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and logistics for timelymaterial availability.Prepare and present regular project progress reports, schedules, and MIS tomanagement.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company quality management systems, EHS standards, andstatutory requirements.Review contractor QA/QC documentation and test results.Promote a strong safety culture at site and ensure strict adherence to safetyprotocols.Commissioning & HandoverSupport pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical andmechanical systems.Coordinate with Lenders' Engineers, DISCOMs, and other statutory authorities forproject approvals.Prepare as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages for O&M teams.
