Job Description

  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
    Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and document functional specifications for ERP implementation or upgrades.
  2. ERP Configuration:
    Configure and customize ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) to meet business needs and optimize processes.
  3. Solution Design:
    Develop functional designs and map business requirements to ERP capabilities, ensuring a seamless fit between the software and the client's operations.
  4. Implementation Support:
    Provide hands-on support during the ERP implementation phase, including data migration, system integration, and testing.
  5. Training & Documentation:
    Create user manuals and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
  6. Testing & Validation:
    Conduct functional testing of ERP solutions, identify issues, and provide solutions to resolve them before the system goes live.
  7. Client Support:
    Provide ongoing functional support to clients post-implementation, helping resolve any issues and making system adjustments as needed.
  8. Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the primary point of contact between the client and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  9. Continuous Improvement:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and the latest ERP software releases to ensure clients benefit from the most current functionalities.
  10. Change Management:
    Support clients in managing changes in business processes and system upgrades through effective change management strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in business process re-engineering or optimization.
  2. Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies.
  3. Experience in data migration, integration, or system testing.
