Role & responsibilities

  • A result-oriented and performance-driven professional with an experience in IT; hands-on experience in Hospital Management System Implementation Projects, Application Support, Client Account Management and Infrastructure Project Management
  • Expertise in monitoring performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Effective in implementing effective processes and standards as well as developing policies that will correlate with strategies; proficient in preparing reports and ensuring optimal performance and maintaining records of service level agreements for customers; experienced in working on various projects
  • Resourceful in performing appropriate tests and providing training to upgrade product quality and standardize all artifacts; competency in managing Data Centre Infrastructure, E-Mail Server, Human Resource Management System, Cisco IP Telephony, Firewall, Networking, Wireless, Virtualization, Licenses and Compliances, Procurement and Security
  • Possess strong technical knowledge in Nutanix Virtualization, Windows Active Directory, DHCP, Group Management Policy, Domain, Outlook, Hardware, Networking, Internet, Installation Desktops & Windows Servers, Tally, SQL, Server Virtualization
  • An out-of-the-box thinker with strong interpersonal, organizational, management and relationship building skills; possess strong business acumen and the capability to convert visuals into reality.
