About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent visual storytelling ability, and experience in creating designs that elevate brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative visuals, graphics, and layouts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful brand communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Develop motion graphics, short videos, and creatives for social media and advertising.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or creative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
