About Us

Truebrew Café, part of Pourover Hospitality, is a specialty coffee destination in Indiranagar. We focus on handcrafted brews, warm service, and creating a vibrant café culture for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to café standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across café counters and service areas
  • Engage with guests warmly, recommend menu items, and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with daily stock checks related to coffee beans, milk, and café supplies

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a Barista in cafés or restaurants preferred
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest service
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
