Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Organic Content Creator & Marketer
to build and scale our organic presence across blogs, SEO, and social media. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C exposure, proven experience in content creation, and expertise in optimizing content for search engines and social platforms to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities

●    Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for blogs, social media, and community platforms.

●    Develop SEO-optimized content strategies to improve organic visibility, ranking, and traffic.

●    Research industry trends, keywords, and competitor content to identify opportunities.

●    Manage and grow brand presence on social media (organic), including engagement and community building.

●    Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.

●    Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

●    Repurpose long-form content (blogs, articles, guides) into bite-sized content for social media.

Requirements

●    2–5 years of proven experience in B2C content marketing
with a strong focus on organic growth.

●    Solid understanding of
SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
.

●    Hands-on experience managing social media channels organically.

●    Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

●    Strong analytical skills to measure content impact (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

●    Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

●    Prior experience in stock markets, trading, wealth management, or financial services
.

●    Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easy-to-consume content.

Knowledge of investor/trader communities and finance-driven digital trends.
