Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to meet our business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing data, staying updated with Facebook's ad platform changes, and implementing best practices to maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Setup: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns including campaign objectives, targeting options, ad creatives, and budget management.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize Facebook's targeting capabilities to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audience lists.
- Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive ad copy that communicates the value proposition effectively and encourages user action (clicks, conversions, etc.).
- Budget Management: Monitor and adjust ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimal campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various ad elements (creative, copy, targeting) to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ad Platform Updates: Stay informed about Facebook's ad platform updates, new features, and best practices to leverage them for campaign success.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns with a track record of driving results.
- Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive ad copy.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar credentials is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facebook advertising, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
