Proven ability to lead complex upgrade projects, ensure system stability, and optimize performance in both on-premise and cloud landscapes (AWS, Azure).Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldKey Skills & Expertise:

  • SAP System Installation & Configuration (S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA,  SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors and Bastion Host)
  • SAP System Upgrades (SAP Kernel, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, S/4HANA upgrades)
  • SAP HANA & Database Administration (HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase)
  • SAP Migration (OS/DB, Cloud migrations, SUM/DMO tool experience)
  • System Monitoring & Performance Tuning
  • Transport Management System (TMS) Configuration & Troubleshooting
  • SAP Security & Authorizations (Basis level)
  • High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR setup, clustering)
  • Experience with SAP Landscape Virtualization Management (LVM)
  • SAP Solution Manager (System Monitoring, Early Watch, CHARM)
  • Cloud Experience (SAP on AWS, Azure, GCP)

Professional Experience Highlights:

  • Led multiple SAP upgrade projects including major version upgrades to S/4HANA 2020/2021/2023 is a must with minimal downtime and full compliance with change management procedures.
  • Successfully managed system migrations to cloud environments (AWS and Azure) using the SUM DMO tool and automated deployment scripts.
  • Implemented SAP Solution Manager 7.2, integrated CHARM for transport control, and enabled end-to-end system monitoring.
  • Collaborated with functional teams during greenfield and brownfield implementations to ensure system stability and high availability
  • Automated daily health checks and implemented system monitoring alerts using SolMan.
  • Supported SAP rollouts and patch management for global clients
  • Performed SAP Kernel upgrades, Support Pack installations, and system refreshes.
  • Conducted homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations using the SUM/DMO tool.
  • Monitored and maintained SAP systems in high-availability environments
  • Provide inputs on new automation initiatives and improvements.

Certifications:

  • SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP ASE/SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver
  • ITIL Foundation Certified (optional but valuable)
