About Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong command over Python fundamentals and ecosystem tools to build, maintain, and optimize robust software solutions. The role focuses on clean, efficient coding practices, backend development, automation, and problem-solving using core Python skills.

B.E. / B.Tech. / M. Tech. Comp. Sc. from a reputed Institute/University

Technical Skills

Required Core Skills

  • Proficiency in Python language fundamentals: data types, control flow, functions, OOP.
  • Solid understanding of core data structures & algorithms (lists, dictionaries, sets, trees, hash maps).
  • Strong hands-on experience with standard libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Requests) and virtual environments.
  • Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI for backend/API development.
  • Practical SQL knowledge for relational databases.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (unittest, pytest).
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to write automation scripts.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience in data analysis or machine learning using Python libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
  • Basic familiarity with DevOps, Docker, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Open-source contributions or personal project portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code following best practices.
  • Backend Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask or Django.
  • Data Handling: Utilize Pythons standard libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Jupyter, machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Problem Solving: Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to solve technical challenges.
  • Database Integration: Work with SQL-based databases; design and optimize queries.
  • Version Control: Collaborate using Git for source code management (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Testing & Debugging: Write and execute unit tests, identify bugs, and fix issues promptly.
  • Automation: Create scripts to automate repetitive or system-related tasks.
  • Code Review: Participate in peer reviews to ensure high code quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for code and processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and related technologies.
