Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP Analytics Lead to drive our enterprise analytics strategy and delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Analytics tools including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering scalable, high-performance analytics solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end SAP analytics solutions
  • Define and own the SAP analytics roadmap, aligning with business and IT strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP analytics consultants and developers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all analytics initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Lead implementation and integration of SAP Analytics Cloud with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or HANA databases
  • Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are upheld across all analytics solutions
  • Oversee data modeling, dashboard/report development, and performance tuning
  • Drive best practices, standardization, and innovation within the analytics landscape
  • Coordinate with SAP BASIS, security, and infrastructure teams for seamless project execution
  • Provide leadership in Agile delivery, project planning, and stakeholder communication
