Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Jewellery Product Trainer to join our L & D team. This role will involve extensive travel within the region and will focus on imparting product knowledge, training sales teams, and ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and information needed to promote PNGs products effectively. You will be an ambassador for the brand, enhancing the sales team's expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge Training:

  • Conduct detailed training sessions on new and existing jewellery products, ensuring sales teams understand features, benefits, craftsmanship, and design elements.

  • Educate and empower sales staff with the technical and emotional aspects of selling fine jewellery.

  • Keep the team updated on market trends, competitive products, and new collections.

  • Regional Travel:

  • Travel extensively across the region to conduct in-person training sessions at PNG's various locations.

  • Ensure consistent training delivery and follow-up support across multiple stores in different regions.

  • Sales Enablement:

  • Provide hands-on training, demonstrations, and role-playing activities to enhance customer engagement and sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends, new jewellery techniques, and competitive products to ensure the training program is up to date.

  • Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of training sessions, adjusting content and delivery methods as needed.

  • Reports & Analytics:

  • Track training progress and outcomes, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Analyze performance data to improve training programs and sales results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in jewellery sales, training, or product management.

  • Prior experience in a training , preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry, is highly desirable.

  • Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong passion for jewellery, craftsmanship, and design.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex product information and make it engaging for diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Travel:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region

  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing schedules during travel.

  • Education:

  • Graduate
