Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Executive - BTL & Sports Management. The responsibilities include planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, organizing and managing sports events, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role involves managing event logistics, building relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring seamless execution of sports management activities. Additionally, the individual will be expected to identify opportunities for athlete programs, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
Qualifications
- BTL Marketing and Campaign Management skills, with experience in executing and managing on-ground marketing activities.
- Event Management expertise, including planning, logistics coordination, and attention to detail for successful sports event execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in negotiation and partnership management to secure sponsorships and collaborations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for sports and understanding of grassroots sports development is highly preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible work hours, including weekends, and travel for events when required.
