Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Work Timings: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (to overlap with US timezone)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take end-to-end ownership of feature development including frontend, backend, and database layers.

You will be responsible for building complete solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to implementing robust APIs and managing data storage. This is a critical role in our team, and we are only considering candidates who can join immediately or within the next 30 days.

Mandatory Skills:

  • ReactJS
  • NodeJS
  • MySQL

Bonus points if you have experience in mobile app development, DevOps, creating Chrome Extensions, UI/UX with Figma, and/or building end-to-end websites using React/NextJS

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full stack development lifecycle for assigned features covering frontend, NodeJS backend, and MySQL database.
  • Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code across the stack.
  • Design, implement, and test REST APIs using NodeJS for seamless data exchange.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly web applications with ReactJS and for optimal user experience.
  • Manage relational databases (MySQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Translate Figma designs into fully functional websites.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver complete solutions.
  • Stay updated on modern full stack development trends and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack to maintain performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS, , NodeJS, HTML, CSS, and full stack principles.
  • Experience translating UI/UX designs from Figma into production-ready websites.
  • Expertise in building and deploying RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple full stack tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile app development (React Native) will be a plus.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices for deployment and automation.
  • Experience designing UI/UX with Figma.
  • Experience developing Chrome extensions.
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare domain.
