AI/ML Specialist

Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and various other sites. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Specialist to join us, who will lead AI/ML initiatives, build machine learning models, and contribute to automation and optimisation across internal systems.

As an AI Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

· Designing and developing scalable AI/ML models.

· Building end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

· Handling data preparation, model training, and optimisation.

· Integrating machine learning models into production systems.

· Working extensively with Python and ML frameworks.

· Collaborating with engineering teams for deployment.

· Ensuring continuous model monitoring and improvements.

The ideal candidate working as an AI Specialist will display:

· Strong expertise in AI/ML and deep learning concepts.

· Ability to build production-ready ML systems.

· Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

· Experience deploying and maintaining ML pipelines.

· Ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.

· 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML development.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
