Bachelor's degree or equivalent in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field as a minimum.

Either a fresh MBA candidate with exceptional talent or a graduate with 0-2 years of experience in business development.

Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong business writing skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for lead management and tracking.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while also functioning well in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to identify and pursue business.

Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering concepts and translate them into clear and compelling proposals.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated candidate to join our Business Development team in Pune. The primary objective of this role is to support the business development activities, including client registrations, pre-qualifications, expression of interest submissions, technical tender support, technical proposal writing, maintaining registrations, updating the technical library, and communicating with clients regarding vendor registration and pre-qualification. The ideal candidate should have an MBA and/or engineering background with a strong proficiency in Business English with excellent writing skills.

Prior experience in business development roles will be a plus.
