Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Site Management & Coordination

• Supervise day-to-day onsite activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized site environment.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Identify and rectify onsite issues promptly.

3. Project Execution & Monitoring

• Track progress of work and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.
• Manage installation of furniture, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil and other interior components.
• Ensure accurate measurement taking and reporting.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as a bridge between the design team, project manager, and onsite teams.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports, site photos, and updates.
• Escalate project delays or issues for quick resolution.

5. Material & Resource Management

• Monitor material deliveries and usage at site.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure proper PPE usage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of interior design drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture).
• Ability to manage multiple sites (if required).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in measurement tools and basic site documentation.
• Knowledge of materials and finishing standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of onsite supervision experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Experience working with residential, commercial, or retail interior projects preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹40,000.00 per month
