Associate Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanroom Data Strategy:
  Work with
  data cleanrooms
  (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, Meta Advanced Analytics) to ensure privacy-compliant analysis and extract audience, campaign, and conversion insights.
• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• SQL-Based Analysis:
  Write, optimize, and maintain
  SQL queries
  for efficient data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
• Media Platform Analytics:
  Analyze and interpret data from digital media platforms such as
  Google Ads, DV360, CM360, and Meta Ads Manager
  to uncover trends, optimize spend, and drive business decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Partner with internal product, strategy, and marketing teams to align analytics with business objectives and help scale practice areas.
• Insight Communication:
  Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation & Best Practices:
  Contribute to the development of
  reusable frameworks, templates, and workflows
  for cleanroom analytics and media measurement.

Technical Skills Required:

• SQL Proficiency(Preferred):
  Strong ability to build complex queries, aggregate large datasets, and perform data wrangling and transformation.
• Media Platform Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with tools such as
  Google Ads, CM360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager
  .
• Cleanroom Knowledge (Preferred):
  Familiarity with cleanroom platforms such as
  Google Ads Data Hub (ADH)
  or
  Meta Advanced Analytics
  .
• Python (Preferred):
  Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Visualization Expertise(Preferred):
  Strong hands on experience with Visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio etc.
• Experience in working with other programming languages like R, JS etc.

Non-Technical Skills Required:

• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication to distill insights and deliver client-ready presentations.
• Client Management:
  Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, handle queries, and co-develop solutions.
• Analytical & Logical Thinking:
  Ability to translate business problems into data questions and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Team Collaboration:
  A collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams across product, data, and strategy.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving analytics landscape with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in digital media analytics, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience working with agency, consultancy, or directly in brand analytics teams.
• Exposure to marketing effectiveness measurement such as lift studies, incrementality, or MMM is a plus.
