Job DescriptionWe are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.

Job Role: Attaining Inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,e mails etc..
Analysing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
Candidates profile;
Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
Must be very fluent in English.
Must be Comfortable for Night shift.

Qualifications10+2 Eligable
Candiate should be Graduate/ Undergraduate without any gap.
Additional Information1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.
2. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process.

4. Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
