We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Content Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping engaging, curriculum-aligned content for students of all classes across our network of schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate and develop curriculum-aligned subject content for various grades.
  • Define learning outcomes and design structured learning journeys.
  • Create question banks, assessments, and solutions.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with our guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct research on a wide range of topics to support content creation.
  • Gather, verify, and organize information relevant to specific content projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all information and data used in content.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities for new content topics.
  • Participate in content review processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE,IB,IGCSE,SSC) and NCF.
  • Guide interns and ensure timely content delivery.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in education or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of proven experience as an educational trainer or content developer.

  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
  • A creative and imaginative approach to education.
  • Experience with or a strong interest in technology and visual learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
