Key Responsibilities:
 Team Leadership:
 Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and
direction.
 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective
communication.
 Production Oversight:
 Monitor and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations of woven PP products.
 Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and
efficiency.
 Implement and optimize production processes to enhance overall productivity.
 Quality Control:
 Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality
woven PP products.
 Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues
promptly.
 Resource Management:
 Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet
production goals.
 Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
 Problem Solving:
 Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing
process.
 Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
 Continuous Improvement:
 Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.Education/Experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience in a supervisory role within a woven PP manufacturing environment.
 In-depth knowledge of woven PP production processes, machinery, and quality control
measures.
 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
 Effective communication and team-building skills.
Salary – UPTO - 25k
Minimum Experience - 7 Year
