We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis and data integration projects within our dynamic team.

You will collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements and ensure successful delivery. Join us to make a significant impact and advance your career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business requirements elicitation, gathering and documentation
• Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional requirements and technical stories
• Break down epics into INVEST user stories and document acceptance criteria
• Decompose features into end-to-end scenarios and create user journeys and diagrams
• Utilize Agile and SAFe methodologies to maintain the software development lifecycle
• Write clear technical stories that communicate complex concepts effectively
• Demonstrate working knowledge of API features and data integration techniques
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and developers
• Initiate and lead internal discussions to ensure offshore development team alignment
• Be available to address developer questions and remove blockers within the working day
• Balance customer focus with internal team needs to ensure clarity and address concerns
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance day-to-day work efficiency
• Facilitate meetings, support client decision-making, and manage conflicts when necessary

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business analysis with 7-9 years of relevant work
• Proven leadership in coordinating distributed teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong expertise in business requirements definition and documentation
• Advanced skills in data modeling and data integration
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical stories and user scenarios
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of complex tasks
• Ability to work effectively in distributed environments with onshore and offshore teams
• Flexibility in adapting to evolving client needs and priorities
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings and conflict management
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder demands and maintain team alignment
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
