Job Title: Marketing & Operations Executive

(Fresher Only)

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support our marketing and operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing events and partnerships, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for promotions and branding activities.

Manage content scheduling and engagement tracking.

Support creation of marketing materials — posters, emails, presentations, and short video reels.

Track performance metrics and prepare reports for marketing activities.

Operations

Coordinate logistics and vendor management for events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Support membership and partner programs by maintaining databases and follow-ups.

Assist in handling documentation, communication, and coordination across departments.

Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks and timelines.

Prepare and maintain reports on activities, budgets, and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

1 years of experience in marketing, operations, or event coordination (for executive role).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work under deadlines.

  • Interest in the healthcare or dental industry preferred (not mandatory).
