Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to be a critical driver in the design, development, and scaling of our next-generation Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and backend services.

This role demands a strong passion for engineering performant, seamless user experiences and building robust, highly scalable systems.

You will be expected to lead by example, mentor junior developers, and contribute significantly to our architectural direction.

Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development Leadership: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive PWAs using , TypeScript, and modern state management patterns.

- Backend Engineering: Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices using , Express/NestJS, and TypeScript.

- Architectural Design: Proactively collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies for complex, mission-critical features.

- Code Quality & DevOps: Institute and enforce best practices for code quality, testing (unit, integration, E2E), performance optimization, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

- Mentorship & Innovation: Act as a technical mentor for mid-level and junior developers and drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continually improve our development process.

Skills & Experience :

Years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

- Expert-level proficiency in the MERN stack: MongoDB, (or similar framework), , and

- Deep mastery of TypeScript across both frontend and backend development to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Proven track record of successfully designing, building, and launching Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) at scale.

- Expertise in API Design: Deep understanding and hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable and secure RESTful APIs (or GraphQL).

- System Scalability: Solid history of designing and developing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-availability systems in a production environment.

- Proficiency with Git and sophisticated Git-based workflows (e.g., GitFlow, trunk-based development).

Nice to have skills :


- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB).

- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Enzyme/Testing Library
