  • A solid understanding of healthcare and patient flow is essential to align with application and end-user workflows.
  • Manage OnBase system administration responsibilities, which encompass installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance support, and enhancements of the OnBase product and its underlying infrastructure.
  • Proficient in OnBase product support and the development of document imaging, capture processes, barcode processing, advanced capture/Brainware, OCR/ICR, COLD, DIP, DRIP, and autofill processes.
  • Familiarity with OnBase integrations, including but not limited to workflow, WorkView, document composition, DRIP, Unity API, REST API, and mailbox importer.
  • Experience with OnBase workflows and the OnBase API model, with knowledge of WorkViews.
  • Strong expertise in OnBase HTML EForms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API scripts, VBScript, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in SQL development, with the ability to write SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures necessary for data retrieval in report services, reporting dashboards, and life cycles.
  • Knowledgeable about Hyland solutions, including product capabilities, releases, features, and enhancements.
  • Support ongoing operations by continuously optimizing and proactively enhancing the solution.
  • Responsible for incident management, OnDemand technical services consulting, system administration, and handling change requests.
  • Must have experience in production support, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Experienced in migrating data from legacy applications to the OnBase application.
  • Skilled in managing HL7 and EHR/EMR integrations and support.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server setup and maintenance, including IIS, application pools, service monitoring, task scheduling, folder sharing, and printer setup is required.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for customers with direct oversight from team members.

  • Possess a multitasking mindset, comfortable operating in both technology and business environments.

  • Analytical skills
    – Should have an ability to review the error or action logs and interpret any application functionality/user/DB related issues.

  • Communication skills
    – This role would need to frequently work with both IT professionals and end users of different hospital departments, so need an effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving
    – EDM Sr. Administrator often need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining applications and servers.
  • Experience : 4 to 10 years.
