JON DESCRIPTION TECHNICIAN

Position : Technician

Department: Production

Location : Malur

Reporting To: Supervisor

Main Role

To carry out soldering, crimping, and small assembly work as per given instructions and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solder wires, connectors, and small components.

Do crimping and wire harness preparation.

Follow work instructions, drawings, and safety rules.

Check quality of solder joints and crimps.

Keep tools, equipment, and workplace clean.

Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies

Basic soldering and crimping skills.

Ability to use hand tools (soldering iron, crimp tool, wire stripper).

Ability to follow instructions and drawings.

Good attention to detail and careful work.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical.

Fresher or experience in Soldering/Crimping and Harness preparation.
