Job Role:As a telemarketing associate, the job would involve outbound calling, generating potential leads, briefing clients about company's services and product lines, and managing the complete sales cycle. This role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction on call and facilitating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:01) Make outbound calls to customers and persuade them to register their businesses on the company's portal.

02) Generate appointments with customers for the field sales/marketing executives.

03) Educate customers about the services, paid/premium plans, and their benefits.

04) Understand customer needs and suggest services related to business advertising.

05) Convert free listings to paid listings and to premium paid listings.

06) Achieve sales targets and upsell products/services wherever possible.

07) Generate leads through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.

08) Build rapport with customers and convert leads into paid customers.

09) Maintain a record of calls and sales and note useful information.

10) Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up with them regularly.

11) Understand customer concerns, issues, and queries (if any) respond & direct them appropriately.

12) Refer escalations & questions to respective team, if required for prompt closure.

Desired Candidate Profile:01) Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduates are eligible to apply for the role. Candidates pursuing degree or post-graduation are also welcome to apply.

02) Work Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 02 Years in telemarketing / telesales.

03) Prior experience in a outbound telemarketing /telesales process would be highly desirable.

04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.

05) Salary Range: 2.0 to 3.0 Lacs Per Annum / 16,000 to 25,000 Per Month.

06) Communication and Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.

07) Confident, attentive, and active listener.

08) Pleasant voice with telephone etiquette that creates a positive interaction.

09) Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

10) Working knowledge of computers, coupled with the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.

11) Adept at typing with accuracy and speed.

Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 02 Years in telemarketing / telesales

Qualification: 12th / Undergraduate / Graduate
