Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Test Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in modern testing frameworks and performance tools. The ideal candidate will drive quality assurance across agile teams, build robust automation suites, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Tosca, Selenium, and Playwright
  • Implement and optimize test automation frameworks for web and API testing
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality at every stage of development
  • Conduct performance testing using J Meter and Load Runner, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks
  • Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for complex enterprise applications
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium Web Driver, and Playwright
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Expertise in J Meter and Load Runner for performance testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB or equivalent certification
  • Experience in cloud-based testing environments
  • Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured
