Role Description

The Commissioning Engineer for Building Management Systems will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of systems related to building management. This includes ensuring system performance meets project specifications, preparing and maintaining testing documentation, and collaborating with project team members. This is a full-time, on-site role primarily based in the Greater Kolkata Area. May need to be relocated to Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical Testing and Testing procedures related to building management systems
  • Proficiency as a BMS Commissioning Engineer and in performing Troubleshooting for building management systems
  • Solid knowledge and experience in onsite project planning and execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety standards
  • 4 Years Bachelor's degree or 3 Years Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage project timelines effectively
  • Prior experience in building management systems or HVAC systems is advantageous
