Job Description : Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design of plastic and fabricated components on Solidworks.
  • 3D and 2D design and development using Solidworks and validation via simulations
  • Knowledge of process in plastic and fabricated components, material selection, basic mechanical principals.
  • Knowledge of DFA and DFM.
  • Ensure product designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and skills

  • B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2~4 years of experience.
  • High Proficiency in Solidworks and working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of plastic materials, its defects.
  • GD&T
  • Parts development using injection moulding process.
